NinjaLand renters are officers in their own rental group. They control the land with full powers.
You choose how often you pay rent. Pay weekly, every 2 weeks, every month (we round to calendar month), or change it up at will.
We accept Paypal or linden rental payments.
No premium account needed to rent land.
Each NinjaLand renter has power to invite/eject group members, terraform, edit media settings/sell passes/ban lists/etc
No covenants! We do not have pages of restrictions to wade through. There is only one rule: obey LL rules (no gambling and no child porn). Everything else, including your secret Donkey Porn empire, is OK by us.
NinjaLand renters can upsize/downsize/move to new NinjaLand.
No hideous rental boxes! Renters receive a notecard rental agreement/receipt for each rental payment.
We do not require notice to quit renting. Simply tell us you are leaving at the end of your rental term and we'll put the land back up for sale/rent.
NinjaLand Rentals rents anything from 512 sqm to entire SIMs. To see full inventory go to:

NinjaLand is listed in order of traffic in search >> places. If you want an area with high traffic for business start at the top. If you want a quiet residential plot, start at the bottom.

The description line on the general tab will tell you the rental price. Alternatively, you can take the number of square meters and multiply by 0.48828125.
NinjaLand Prime rental rates are L$300 per 512sqm per week (0.5859375).
Tier-only rental costs are L$0.25/sqm/week
