There are no upfront fees and rent is a very reasonable 4000 lindens per month. Just right click on the parcel of your choice, click Buy to pay the first month of rent, and in 30 days you simply pay the exact same price to my profile.

When you visit Lavish, be sure to click on View and then click on Property Lines and Property Owners to see the available orange-colored parcels. This sim is 100% residential and forbids businesses, eyesores and ban lines. The sim will always be free of lag.
