The plot is in the Polkadot sim SE corner. Its divided into 3 smaller plots now but will be combined in 1 single plot (which is on both sides of the linden road).


It was rented but has become vacant.

3600sqm (822 prims) will cost you 25USD in tier to Linden if you buy it (thats about 6600L/month)

If you want to rent it : I'm asking 5800L/month but we can negotiate a lower price if you want to rent long term.
