Openspace (Low-volume) Region Pre-Order Sale

This is an offering for pre-order purchase of a limited group of openspace regions. An openspace region is a full region of 65,536 square meters of land supporting a total of 1,875 primitives. They provide lots of open area, an entire sim, for you to play on and enjoy. Yes, an entire sim all to yourself.

These regions will be zoned as Mixed Use (See MIXED USE below) regions allowing for residential and light commercial use. The regions will be fully terra-formed and planted when you take over your purchase.

As a pre-order benefit you will be saving over 16% of the regular price.
You will also be able to *name the region*. That's right, you choose the name. This is not the property name, but the name of the region. Leave your mark long after you may have sold and moved away. Please note, all names are subject to estate management approval.

HOW TO PURCHASE

To purchase please see the Overview Map attached to this message. This map lists the Available regions at the time of this writing, their position, and surrounding regions both active and future.

Once you have determined the region you would like to purchase send a notecard to Gryndal Massey in-world with the following information:

MIXED USE

Mixed use regions are intended to provide residents with a place to have a home, receive guest, etc. much like a residential region. However, maintaining an office or other light commercial, low volume, activities are certainly welcomed. These regions should maintain decor inline with the overall theme of the local regions.
