Bagat is a mainland region without eyesores and without any significant lag. I own most of the region and thereby can make sure that things are staying that way. I also added some trees, creeks, etc. to make the surroundings as pleasant as possible.

BTW, you don't need a premium account to rent land! As this is mainland, you also don't have to pay any tier fee on top of the rent.
