Welcome Home Estates has plots open on our two new sims:
Margaritaville- almost complete, planting pending. This will be our tropical Residential sim. More Fiji then Bahamas, all plots have ocean and meandering river frontage. Drastic hills throughtout and a central gorge where we plan a spectacular waterfall.
Sweethill Meadow- Green with rolling hills are the hallmarks of this sim.
GillCar Valley- One corner plot 5152 sq meters left. Privacy a premium on this sim. Feel free to speak to any of the residents about their experiences.
These sims are soon to be joined by high area water sims for your boating pleasure.
These are strictly residential plots where we have tried to combine the right factors to give you privacy and freedoms.
