prizes are L$ 250 a week for 512 sqm with 117 prims; L$500 a week for 1024 sqm with 234 prims and L$1000 a week for 2048 sqm with 468 prims
for all parcels counts that after 4 weeks of rent the 5th week is free
if you do not have a house to put on the parcel, we have several examples available which can be placed on the parcel you are renting; these houses do not increase the rentfee
all rentfee includes everything so no other payment is needed
