I have land cheaper than all mainland. You get FULL Control on your lot and Terraforming (edit land) up to 50meters up and down. We have a Supportive Staff that keeps a eye on the sims hourly, Yes Hourly! also all our lots have a supportive system that you buy and will keep track of days you have. Also land rentors that have more than 1/4 of sim rented in their name will get Estate Manager rights (but can be revoked if used wrong)
