Fruit islands estate has a new sim called Papaya. The islands are surrounded by sea, on two side you have access to 7 sea sims, great for sailing or any water sports.
The island sizes vary from 2000sm to 4600sm, price per sm for the corner ones is 10 L$, for the seaside ones 9.5 L$ and for the middle islands 5.5 L$. Tier fee is 2.4 L$ per sm and month. All islands have 10% more prims than normal.
The area also offers a lot to you if you join our community as we have public places for our residents on the sea sims like an underwater world, public tiki with surfboards and small little islands you can enjoy with your special one.
The sim is only residential and is very natural landscaped with mountains and waterfalls.
