Two Class-4 private islands are set for sale by Fairland because of european VAT:

* Pleasure Cove (estate owner: Land Control)
* La Villa (estate owner: Discord Cult)

These are full region, full 15000-prims, full 100m-terraforming private estates. By LL's own admission* these sims have the same performance as the class 5, but the tier fee is only 195$ a month !

There are only a limited number of these sims in Second Life, so seize the occasion. Send your bids to the estate-holding accounts mentionned above. We're expecting your offers within the next 6 days, so don't wait !
