Why pay owner for land you won't really own...
... when you can make a smaller, safer investment by renting weekly or monthly? When you pay a sim owner to "buy" his land, he still owns the legal rights to it and if he disappears, your initial investment/purchase money goes with him! We've been renting land since 2006 - We know the stories - lol.
