Ive been advertising this plot a lot lately but keep getting people wanting to rent it who dont fit my requirements. I split some land on my own sim that i wasnt using into four rental plots. 3 are currently let and the smallest one is left. Its still a good size, 3584 sq.m and comes with 790 prims. It has a tiered area and a large lawn/garden area. I am looking for someone who wants to use it purely for residential, someone who is prepared to build a nice woodland environment to fit in with the neighbouring plots. The plot has a little cottage on it now and if i was to leave that then of course that would use some of the prim allowance. For the right tenant i am prepared to let for $L650p/w.
