Just a really beautiful lot on a tropical sim in Dreamland...isolated island as well, I believe class 5. The sand texturing is amazing, with white sand beach that gets mixed with a touch of green here and there...and the green moves around with the shadows from day to day. Truly amazing.
Must see to believe, NE corner of Ivory Island! I have reduced the price to 29,999L and will negotiate offers as I need to move before the end of the weekend! That is only 6k Lindens per 1024 which is amazing for this sim, these lots typically went for 8-10k per 1024...and still can't be touched for less than 6.5-7k!
