This sim, like GillCar will be managed with serenity and privacy in mind. The next phase of expansion includes water connecting GillCar Valley, Sweethill Meadow and our sim acquired today Margaritaville (tropical class...no ugly pink monsters) to allow the residents some peaceful boating and water fun rights.
