However, the feature has been abused and so will be permanently shut off. If you need to adjust your parcel, you will need to IM an Ecstasy Realty Estate Manager, who will TEMPORARILY turn this sim feature on, to allow you to adjust your parcel. Once you have accomplished readjusting your parcel, the ER Estate Manager will turn off this sim feature again. Please do not request that this feature be turned on permanently. This idea has been tried, and unfortunately the unscrupulous minority of tenants have taken full advantage of this. Thank you for your understanding in this regard.

If you IM Steve Mahfouz, it will only slow down the process because he has to consult with Ms. Olbracht. Please do not pay Jenny Olbracht. The only authorized recipient of rent or rental payments is Steve Mahfouz, who is the CEO of Ecstasy Realty.
