There's a covenant, which basically says don't block other people's views of the water, and don't be intolerant of people who might have a different kink than you. Pretty basic, although they use a lot more words than that. (They also explain what is acceptable public fetish / BDSM behavior, and how to use the common spaces, which takes up a lot of the covenant.)
