I had a crazy week and bought several properties and have formed a partnership with another person.
Now I have several properties from 512m to 1/4 sim available for rent.
When you rent there is NO up front cost, you only have to pay one week to start, and you get full permissions with your land, and it is Mainland which means No Covenant land so you can do what you want.
