It's neat and FUN! If its yours you can tear it down if you like. Its class V and has been up for 3 weeks and getting good traffic.

Selling for personal issues. My other SIMs are developed, populated and require little attention but this is new and I suddenly don't have the time to handle the responsibilities of developing another project.
