I currently have great looking openspace (low prim) regions for rent, as well as some full prim offering.
As always with GT Leased Land, there is no up front cost, and you need not worry about finding a buyer when you want to move out. Leasing puts you in control!

Conway 3, Conway 4. Neighbors are no problem when they are out of sight and out of mind! Buffer land separates you and your neighbors.

Conway is waterfront themed, terrain textures can be changed to suit (within reason!). Terraform allowance is generous.

Dagny NE is mountain themed and is a secluded valley all to yourself, surrounded by mountain ranges. Terraform is a little more limited on Dagny than on the Conway sims, and terrain texture service is not available on Dagny.
