I am looking for a full SIM one that has 15k prims....however i do have a regulated income and i can't afford the full pricing of an island to be purchased out right from linden labs...i am willing to pay an appropriate price for a SIM with full estate transfer....however i need to be able to do it in payments if that is possible if anyone is offering it.....i have many ideas to make money with the land to cover my tier fee's and even earn a profit from it but i need the land to do so....if anyone can help me with this i would greatly appreciate it...
