Full Sim Rental - Flanders dAlliez
Exclusive use of a stand alone fully-terraformable estate island sim: 65536m2/15,000prims. The whole sim will be deeded to a group of the tenant's choice, you will be Estate Manager
A one months notice is required if you plan to move, given on date or rental payment
The rental fee is US$380 per month, payable in L$ or PayPal. The amount of L$ payable is based upon the Lindex daily average at time of payment each month.
*There is no 'setup fee'*
The first payment is expected on the first day, and then subsequent payments are expected on or before the same date of every month there after. All payments are to be made directly to me, Alliez Mysterio.
Zoning
The sim is stand-alone, and so there is no need for me to enforce any kind of zoning. The only use which is not permitted is the advertisement of land for sale. The tenant can however 'share' the sim with friends, but any associated financial arrangements would have to be made between those involved; I expect one payment from the tenant, and that tenant is singularly responsible for the sim.
Important:
I guarantee no 'real' increases in rent in 2007 ie, it will not be more than US$380, or equivalent in L$ throughout 2007. The rate will be reviewed at the end of the year, and may or may not be revised. If the rate is to be changed at the end of the year, the tenant will receive a minimum of one calendar month notice. This is because as of now we do not know what LL will do as far as tier payments
It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure that rent is paid by the due date. Failure to do so will result in the tenancy being terminated, all land being reclaimed, and all objects being returned (whether owned by the tenant or not).
I will not be held responsible for any content loss as a result of non-payment.
I will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of server/software faults.
