"Clearance sale", don't be late

Before you get too far into this post, I do NOT sell any land. "Clearance sale" simply means that the rental prices on these parcels makes them a good deal. The "buy" price on the parcels is the price of the first month of rent. I grew tired at looking at these great parcels go unused, so get them while you can. I may change my mind and put them back at the normal market rate.
