we have just ordered another 2 new island ands we are taking prebooking for the 4 estates that will be available on each, one island will be residential only the other commercial.
Yes there will be only 4 residents on the entire sim.
The cost per 1/4 sim will be 350 usd which will include your first months tier.
tier per month will be 100 usd
