Waterfront parcels for businesses

There are four waterfront parcels on Amour sim. Each is 2048 square meters and gives you 468 prims each. The sim is Class 5 and is usually lag-free. There are no upfront payments to any of these parcels. You simply "buy" the parcel and then pay the exact same price again in 30 days.
