I'm the owner of the Class 5 sim Pixelicious, and due to RL concerns I wish to pull out of the island owner business. As such I am putting my sim, Pixelicious up for sale. It's a Class 5 sim with a tier of $295.00 a month due on the 4th of the month, every month. The sim is in good working order and right now it is mostly empty (Can be cleared on purchase of course), you can check it out using this SLURL:

I'm looking for $1,300.00 USD flat fee and I'll cover the transfer of ownership fee. Purchasing a Class 5 island direct from Linden Lab costs $1,675.00, so this is a savings of $375.00 from the full island price.
The finances can optionally be escrowed through ZATZAi Asturias, owner of the Artificial Isle sim which was the recent HQ for the SLCC 2007 inworld convention, and founder of Second Convention in world events (Suffice to say, ZATZAi stands to lose much if they bail on the escrow). ZATZAi will not transfer funds to me until the island has fully transfered over to the new owner (And will signal me to tranfer the island to the new owner upon receiving all the funds from the purchaser). If I fail to fullfill my end of the bargain, ZATZAi will return all funds to the would be purchaser of the island.
If you prefer a different escrow service or simply wish to pay me directly and then have me deliver the island, this can be negotiated, so long as both parties agree to the new method of payment.
