RESIDENTIAL PLOTS:
The L$1 payment to "buy" the land only reserves the parcel for 48 hours during which time the first tier payment must be made or else the land may be reclaimed. Due to SecondLife limitations it is not possible to deed land to a group directly. If you wish to deed land to a group, please IM Matthew Dowd to arrange this.
Residential parcels have a double prim bonus and incur a tier cost at a weekly rate of L$2000 for 1024sqm parcels (468 prims), and L$1000 for 512sqm parcels (234 prims).

BEACHHUTS
Beachhuts are available on the beach front for commercial or non-commercial use. Each partitioned half beachhut is available for L$175 per week with a 35 prim limit.

Moorings for yachts are available in front of the yachthouse. The mooring fee is L$350 per week with a 70 prim limit.
