If you want to rent you do not need to have a premium account. There is NO money required up front except the very reasonable 1900L for the 4096 or 2250L for the 4608 per week rent.

I can place a house and landscaping for you to use if you want.
Each lot is for sale, however I will cancel the sale if you rent and will not sell them while you are renting.
