Just to let clear some points: Several peoples buy land and in several circumstances abandon occurs. Reason ? Usually a coupe break up the relation. Is the most common occurrence. It’s normal too someone at RL start a relationship with someone jealous that’s don’t accept the Second Life too. And sometimes someone got tired of SL. So, the land where abandoned and stay free to stay commercialized again and you win with it also.
Also, there is some conditions about the purchase of these sims:
- After buy it, the buyer cannot use the name Ayruma on the sims.A Rename is required and I will instruct the LindenLabs to don’t complete the region transfer if you don’t accept to rename it.Ayruma is my SL brand and I’ve a ayruma.com also registered and some sims with this name.
- LindenLabs charges US$ for each sim rename and 100 US$ to move the SIM to another position on the Grid.After buy it you must move far from my current sims because the sims will belongs to your estate, not mine on my estate.
