-keep buildings reasonable, skyboxes need to be 500+ in the air
-No harassing visitors, or griefering (all rentors get three warnings)
-Respect Staff and they are to respect you back
-Refunds will be done with a 5% fee of remaining time
-You Do not Pay Tier since its the SAME AS RENT!
-as a renter you 'own' the land as you are paying or a friend is paying
-you don't need premium to get land, this is a Island so mainland tier fees are not needed.
