Well,
I missed owning a lot of land, so I sold my 4096 parcel, and bought a lovely 16384 parcel in Eldfell. I had previously owned 1/2 Sim in Hana, but I wasn't really in-world enough to justify the Tier. But I did miss my prims.
So, I saw this nice waterside plot, with a a whole Linden protected water Sim in front of it, and thought...that's it! The views are incredible, it's low lag, everything is perfect...and then afterwards a friend remarks to me...Hmm PG Sim...guess you'll be cutting back your lifestyle a bit.
Maybe it was the wine...but I never noticed it was PG when I bought it. Now, I'm not what you would call promiscuous, but I do enjoy an occasional swim in the buff, and I love firing off my many fearsome weapons...mostly at annoying flying cupids.
I paid 106K for 2 parcels, and joined them into one large plot. Selling this now for 200K Linden. Losing a bit, but I didn't buy the plots to turn them over for a profit. I just don't want to have have my neighbors complaining about me for an honest mistake. Anyone interested in a really nice PG plot should check it out. It's at:

Hmm...tried to insert a picture I took...but can't figure out how. You can check it out for yourself. It's honestly a great plot for someone looking for a PG Sim...I just know I can't stay there forever without breaking a lot of rules.
