I have a couple spots available:
Conway 3: Full low-prim class 5 sim, buffered on all 4 sides, center area buildable, 1875 prims or so, $115 US/month or 31050L/month
Liddy: Full class 5 sim, rent as whole or half. Half would be about 30k meters of land with the full 7500 prims (using prim bonus to create a small buffer between the halves). Half is $230/month and full sim is $450/month.
