Moana Keiki (Ocean Child) beautiful volcanic themed island in its own Sim is for sale at L$130000 or near offer.
The island/surrounding water covers 41600 sq m 1428 prims (with the remaining 23000 sq m of the standard sim area being a protected border, run by the estate, around the 'land' which you will also have access to!) the monthly tier is US$90 on the 1st of each month.
Alex the estate manager is the best i have met, you will find him very helpful if ever you need any help during your ownership.
This is a great way to get a island in its own setting without the cost of buying a private island - in fact a great way of getting some idea if you might want to take things that stage further at a future time(yes this is what i have just done, hence the sale of this island!!),
