I want to buy an entire sim

I'm looking to buy an entire class 5 sim.

It should either be empty with no objects included in the ownership transfer.

- OR -

There can be sold/subrented areas covering up to 1/2 the sim, where the owners like to stay even if the sim owner is changed.

Of course I'm not looking for prices above what a new sim cost, then I might as well get it from Linden Labs.
