This sim is simply gorgeous...one of best looking sims in second life. It has 65536 sq m area (80 % water) and connects to 18 sailing/boating sims to the north and 28 sailing/boating sims to the south. End of world to the east and west of the sim for endless views. Once in a lifetime opportunity to own a truly wonderful sim. Includes transferable prims if desired. This sim has has 1875 prims for your 'goodies'.
