That's Right! Only 1000L per week for 585 prims, the only catch is that you must live at least 400m in the sky.
I have two 32x32 prims set here now, one with sand and one with grass, and I can texture them any way you want. Or, or course, you can do your own.
This is Mature Mainland, so you can do what you want as long as it's not against the LL TOS.
You will get almost full permissions with your land. I, also, can place a house, landscaping or whatever here if you want, or you can just use your own items.
