I have been a sim owner for nearly a year now, I hold several sims so buyers need not worry I am going to up and leave SL. I am here to stay and only plan on buying more sims, not selling. My sims will NEVER be connected to another sim, they will always be surrounded by water on all 4 sides.
I do have a covenant which is very reasonable.
