We're running on a reasonable and friendly covenant for the interests of everyone to keep the entire sim nice and cosy for everyone. Although targeted for residential, small business or offices which does not generate too much traffic will be considered. Name of the sim is "Fairy" and only a few plots left in "Fable".
You do not need to have a premium account to own land in Second Life. Our tier charges will always be very competitive and paid by Linden dollars.
