I currently have a premium account without using the land benefits, and I don't have any plans to do so either. So here's the deal: I rent out my 512 sqm mainland allowance for a weekly fee. You can rent allowance for upto 4 weeks at a time. The more you rent, the cheaper it gets.
Payments have to be made in advance, and after the rent runs out, I will send a notification, allowing you 3 days to fulfill your due payments. If I did not receive them by then, I will retract my land allowance, leaving you to sort out the sudden need for allowance and/or a premium account yourself!
If the total of mainland owned by the group exceeds the total donated allowance of all members, then I will leave the group without prior notice. I am not interested in paying the rent for any other land you may have, I am only renting out my own allowance!
If I find land is used for activities not allowed by LL (like casinos or child (AV) porn), then I will also leave the group without prior notice
How does this work:
You will need to create a group, which is to be the owner of the land. I will join your group, and donate the allowance agreed upon. I will have to stay in the group for the duration of the contract! There is no need to give me any group abilities, other then the ability to donate my allowance. I will not need any other special land powers. So no need for sell permissions, freezing/ejecting, whatever.
512 sqm: 250L / week
256 sqm: 150L / week
128 sqm: 100L / week
64 sqm: 60L / week
32 sqm: 40L / week
16 sqm: 25L / week
Note: Linden Labs gives a 10% allowance bonus to groups. So, if I were to rent you 64 sqm for example, then the allowance for your group would go up by 70 sqm!

This is not specifically a means for me to make money, though it will be one of the benefits. I am more interested in using my land allowance for something that's actually useful
