Personally the judges ruling seems reasonable to me. I don't see the FBI raid as a threat to the constitutional separation of powers, but then I am by no means an expert on constitutional law. I know that there are a number of poly-sci types that read these forums, so I thought it would be interesting to hear what others think of this issue.
I noticed that the judge making the ruling is the same one that signed the original warrant too. Does anyone think that might be an issue?

There is a video link on the right in which Rep Jim Sensenbrenner, R-Wis. explains his views on why this raid is a threat. He does make some interesting points.
