Are we?

What do you think?

Will it be Russia, China, or Iran or someone else?

My best educated guess is that we already done got bombed first in Oregon, then in Oklahoma and then in New York City and Washington DC too.

I'll never forget that whole MOVE thing. There were children who ran back to their accustomed (bombed and on fire) place rather than face the authorities. It was a terrible thing - that entire episode. Yes, MOVE was rather whacky - but - !!! holy moley.

Yeah. That's why I mentioned it. Conspiracy theorists can go on forever about the Branch Davidian fire in Waco, but, at the end of the day, it's still the belief that the Branch Davidians caused that and if the government covered it up, they did an excellent job.

In Philadelphia, the police chief and the mayor where pretty upfront about dropping a bomb on a house and letting it burn along with the rest of the neighborhood. The mayor even got re-elected after it.

Nuclear bomb by a rogue state, Washington DC, right about the time the oil runs out.

There is some debate wheather the last two locations were done by secret government groups in the US as a way to help Boy George get elected in 2004.

Yes. No clue who it will be, but it will likely be terrorist related.

I don't think the U.S. is much of a state-target. The majority of the states who have the U.S. on their hate list are more likely to bomb a country closer to their sphere of influence, IMHO.

However, I think a bombing concocted domestically or abroad as a result of a terrorist act is more than likely in the next 50 years.

My first memory of the US being bombed was in college when OK City was bombed. so I think this question is kinda stupid and pointless.

Since then we have had 2 WTC bombings, Pentagon, USS Cole, etc. As more people in the world are poorer and the World Bank tries to make poor countries repay debts they can't afford in spite of all of Bono's efforts, there will be more attacks again all Western Nations.

The have-nots are attempting to rise against the haves in France right now, expect more of the same around the blow.

No clue as to the who part, but where.. could be Fort Hood, Texas. It IS the largest military base in the free world.

I suppose it depends how you define it, but has there been any bombing on U.S. soil by an actual state since WWII?

there hasn't been any attack by a foreign country on US soil since the War of 1812.

We are virtually untouched by war that we don't inflict upon ourselves.

Governments are outdated. The only reason why they still exist is because its difficult for us to transgress to something else. Within the next 50 years, there won't be a centralized government. Simply because of the rising crisises that awaits us.

Sorry Dude..
I grew up on military bases...
US Bases are US soil, just like an embassy... unless established otherwise with the hosting nation.

correct, however it was never stated what was infered, as most examples were non military targets

i think the distinction needs to be made whether the target be military or civilian (or governmental)

and if I am not mistaken, the Pearl Harbor attacks were made on boats in water, and not soil

but, that is really here nor there

I think what he's saying is the harbor was over water, not soil.
