I heard that Chuck's presence was originally full 5000fps animation in a "partial" animated cartoon. He moved so smoothly and so fast, he would reach the end of the show 22 minutes ahead of everyone else. Chuck actually talked to the producers of the show, and in a rare (for Chuck) comprimise, he slowed down and ran as jerky as everyone else onscreen.
