The whole 24 thing is stupid, because:

•The DVD version doesn't include commercials and therefore takes less than 24 hours.
•One must wait weeks between episodes, and it isn't called 4032, which it would be if it was 24 weeks. (Or actually 3865, which is 23 weeks and 1 hour.)
•The bad guys always manage to get their licks in on a day when absolutely nothing else happens on planet Earth except what you see in the story.
•I recognized some of these people as actors. They just can't achieve the realism such a work of political intrigue requires.
•You notice that something really really dramatic happens at every :59 on the clock? It's uncanny.
•It doesn't take into account the Dukes of Stratosphear.

No spoilers... but

And if you don't like it, don't watch it. There's no reason to complain about it to people who do unless you just want to try to lessen their enjoyment.
