Thats a user title and its so you can't put something like "Forum Editor" or "Forum Moderator"..

Ah. On a related note, now that "Overlord" last name is no longer available, I almost registered an alt named "Linden Overlord". It was actually going to let me, but I backed out cause I knew it was going to get changed.
