ISPs and telcos are the laziest companies I have ever seen. They want to get by with zero investment, minimize quality as much as possible and buy themselves new ferraris and yachts with all the profits or whatever they do while idly sitting on a cable and playing middleman
 They market your line as being X megabits, but in reality, it's shared with 20 or 50 people. Time to wake up folks, normal people really do have to sell what they claim they're selling. _____________________
