For the past few yrs I've braved the crowds & went shopping early... I mean early! Before the buttcrack of dawn even. It's never been as bad as I always assumed & ppl are generally nice. I've been keeping up w/ http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/ & have a good list goin. Who else is gonna face the crazies to save some dollars?

I do all my shopping before Thanksgiving, or on the internet. The higher prices are worth it to keep from having to deal with the crowds, nasty shoppers, and uncontrolled screaming brats. I have never understood how people can put up with this, 10mins of it and I would be standing there begging for a flame-thrower.

I used to be a retail manager.

I will gouge my eyes out with a spork before I'll shop on black Friday.

I'll be right in the middle of it, because I work security at an outlet center. I'll have to deal with the idiots who lose all common sense, if they had any in the first place that is, when they go shopping.

Black Friday sales has been blacked out of my holiday log,
long story, odd clerk, $150 15 dollar doll, and 4 minutes of "Are you deaf? miss? its $150"
until the manager came,
longest four minutes of my life,

I think that clerk still works there to scare people,
