Yes, and how many of us would you be interviewing at once? I don't mind a "group interview" as long as you let me know ahead of time. Walking in on a group interview would catch me off guard and I may not want to stay.

I think we'll start with some preliminary one-on-one "get to know you" interviews, and maybe proceed from there to a more freeform group thing. There will be refreshments. And stuff.

There's usually a lengthy and very detailed interrogation session beforehand. Lots of interesting stuff uncovered; definitely worth lingering over.
