I think it's wønderful what this group is doing, as a way to peacefully oppose the insanity of people like Fred Phelps. The best way to oppose folks like Phelps is to do positive events that upstage them, rather than trying to limit their free speech (as detestable as that speech is) or simply hold a counter-demonstration.
