Wow - After hurricane Wilma, I knew housing was getting desperate here but I didn't think it was quite that bad. This place has always been loaded with lots of dirty old men with pockets full of money - so it's not too surprising.
Women are frequently treated like a commodity around here. Not long ago my GF from Virginia was visiting us and we took her to South Beach (we are both blonde, same height & shape and look a lot alike). She and I were walking arm and arm with hubby and some tourist actually stopped his car and shouted to his buddy "Man! Look - he got his self two of 'em". My husband laughed for days about that one. Nevertheless - that is the perception.  _____________________
