Yes, she's saying "I'm sorry" in a variety blender of languages.
 This song is definitely very catchy--sounds like a New Order production. Especially the sampled part that's like a Peter Hook bass (e.g. "Bizarre Love Triangle"  .Madonna looks like Kylie in the vid! OMG THIS VIDEO HAS KRUMPING. I swear... when we get like inverse kinematic avatar interactions and all that shiznit in here, we gotta have KRUMPING! _____________________

Yeah, Madge has jumped on the Krumping bandwagon!
I see they're using that same stero system that they used in her last video. That's a bit tight, you'd think they'd wann throw it out after what she did to it in the last video. Hmm, guess speakers with sparkly lights are hard to come by. _____________________

I think its for a theme, maybe. Perhaps she'd use that for her next music vid and the rest of the vids for "confessions on a dancefloor" _____________________

"ik ben droevig" is dutch. but it doesn't mean "i'm sorry" at all. i'm means "i am sad". although i see how faulty translation software would turn it into that. Plus madonna pronounces it like a russian down syndrome patient would say it. no offense to either russians or down syndrome patients... still, it shouldn't be too hard to call up someone that actually speaks the language instead of letting babelfish ruin it for you. anyway, it's probably all crippled pronounced and translated.
