I was just looking in the Herald and saw a mention of organ harvesting by Linden Research being conducted at the RL get togethers that are such a rage now?

Is this true?

Do game companies in general collect their users bodies parts for sale in the black market organ economy?

Are there any SL residents who are sporting organs that formerly belong to a different SL resident?

Do software companies in general collect their users parts and sell them for profit ?

Do those EULAs people skip reading and just click to get on with it include the right to sell your organs?

Well, within the context of the Torley storyline, I am the sum composite of other Torleys, some of which have, uhm, been harvested in order to provide me with superior imaginaps, and kinda like that movie The One, only less sucky. Dirty secret but there ya go. ;)

Could the low new user retention rate be the result of over-zealousness on the Organ Harvesting department?

Does the FIC get the harvested parts because they are FIC and FIC get it all, or does the Organ Harvesting department prefer FIC parts because of their innate superiority to those in, say, my class of player?

Can we order the Organ d'Jour from slexchange or slboutique or secondserver?

It was Microsoft that started the trend, but now it seems that other software makers are following suit.

Perhaps sale of one's organs would be a good source of income for new users who have not yet acquired skills at content creation.

Possibly some type of multi-level marketing scheme could be employed; "Pledge your kidney to the top name on the list, and send this letter out to ten others. Soon you will be afloat In an ever growing ocean of human organs."

Organ prices could be added to the Lindex site.

What's the current bid for a new brain? 'cause mine's getting kind of old and wearing out and I could use a new one. :p
